USING ONLINE HELP   
------------------
   The Windows and Windows 95 operating system include a HELP file reader, 
WINHELP, that is available from within most Windows applications and 
as a standalone application.
   From most Windows applications, choose the Help menu from the menu
bar at the top of the window.  This will load the Help file reader and the
default HELP file for the current application.  You may select any
other HELP file by selecting File from the menu bar and loading the
relevant HELP file, in this case, NSCG93.HLP on the CD-ROM.
   You may also access the 1993 NSCG documentation from the Windows Program
Manager.  Select FILE and then RUN from the menu bar.  Then type:

           WINHELP d:\NSCG93.HLP 

then press return (or click on OK).  This example assumes d: is your CD-ROM
drive.
