These files contain estimates of the population of the 50 States and the
District of Columbia by single year of age (0, 1, 2, ..., 84, 85 and
over), sex (male, female), modified race (White; Black; American Indian
and Alaska Native; Asian and Pacific Islander) and Hispanic origin. There
is one file for April 1, 1990, consistent with the 1990 Census of
Population as corrected (MARS); and one file for each year's estimates,
July 1, 1990; July 1, 1991; July 1, 1992; July 1, 1993; July 1, 1994; 
July 1, 1995; July 1, 1996; July 1, 1997; July 1, 1998; and July 1, 1999.
