Included on the cd-rom is the Technical Appendix 2000 Natality File.
It is named TECHAP00.PDF and is in the directory NAT00TA. It is an Acrobat file.
If the Adobe Acrobat Reader is currently installed, the Appendix may be viewed
by starting the reader and choosing File, Open from the menu. If a version of
Acrobat Reader is not installed users should install it using the file
rp505enu contained in the folder Acrobat. They do this by selecting Run
under the File command and typing d:\rp505enu where d: is the cd-rom drive.
