Included on the cd-rom is the Technical Appendix 1997 Natality File.
It is named TECHAP97.PDF and is in the directory NAT97TA. It is an Acrobat file.
If the Adobe Acrobat Reader is currently installed, the Appendix may be viewed
by starting the reader and choosing File, Open from the menu.  If a version of
Acrobat Reader is not installed, an appropriate version of Acroread.exe can be
installed from the cd-rom.  Users with Windows 3.1 should install AR16E301.
They do this by selecting Run under the File command and typing
d:\REPORT\AR16E301.exe where d: is the cd-rom drive.  Users with Windows 95 or
Windows NT must install AR302.  They do this by selecting Run from the Start
menu and typing d:\REPORT\AR302.exe.  The installation software will create
an icon which will start the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
