2005-05-23  The 1981 divorce data file documentation seems to include
            odd numbered pages only.  The layout seems to be the same
            from 1980 to 1982 though.

2004-04-19 1989 - 1990 Marriage data single years files added.  These files include bride's state of birth.
           The 1989 - 1995 combined file does not.
