This message is a test of the NBER PMD system. Its successful delivery,
which will be apparent to us from our logs and bounce messages, will
confirm that we have solved an issue with the Harvard GSE mail server
believing that mail forwarded from NBER to Harvard was a mail loop.
You do not need to take any action in response to this message, please
just delete it.
