Dear NBER Managers,
Due to my having been on vacation for the past two weeks, we're
currently on an accelerated WebTime schedule.
It's time to log into WebTime
<http://resnavweb.com:81/NBERNET/login.aspx> and approve your employees'
hours for the pay period July 14 - 27, 2013.
*Your User ID is: lastname_firstname.*
On Friday we will roll over to the 7/28 - 8/10 pay period, and I'll be
sending you an email next Monday at about 1pm to notify you that it's
time to approve those hours. After that, we'll be back on schedule.
If your employees are on vacation and haven't enter their hours for the
first pay period, they will be able to go back and enter their time for
both pay periods, covering 7/14 to 8/10 starting on Friday. *Please do
not approve the timecard if the User ID column lists "admin"**instead of
the employee's name.*

cooperation.
