RE: Summer Institute 2004 Call for Papers
It is that time of year when we start planning for the NBER Summer
Institute. The Health Care and Health Care Productivity sessions will take
place on August 5 and 6 in Cambridge, MA. Please note the Aging workshops
will be held earlier that week.
If you have a paper you would like to present, please send it, or an
abstract to me electronically (WordPerfect, Word, or pdf, with a title
that includes the author's name) at garber@stanford.edu, by March 31,
2004. Submissions can also be sent to me at Stanford University, 117
Encina Commons, Stanford, CA 94305.
Invitations and logistical information will be mailed in late April. If
