The John Heinz Dissertation Award recognizes outstanding research by
new scholars addressing social insurance policy questions. If you have
an advisee whose work meets this criteria and whose dissertation was
completed between January 1, 2009 and October 1, 2010, please consider
nominating his or her work for this award.

Submissions must be post-marked by October 1, 2010.
