I look forward to seeing many of you next week when the PE program
meetings at the Cambridge NBER offices. I recently received a paper
from Harvard Law School professor Bernie Wolfman on the subject of
patenting tax strategies. Many of you know Bernie from his frequent
attendance at Public Economics program meetings. Bernie has asked me to
