RE: Call for Papers, Spring Program Meeting
I am writing to solicit papers for the Spring Meeting of the Public
Economics Program. The program meeting will be held in Cambridge on
Thursday afternoon, April 5 and Friday April 6, 2007. The organizers will
be Mark Duggan and Amy Finkelstein, of the University of Maryland and MIT,
respectively. There will be a group dinner on Thursday evening.
If you have a paper that you would like to present at the April program
meeting, please send a copy of the paper in PDF format to Mark
(duggan@econ.bsos.umd.edu) and Amy (afink@mit.edu) no later than February
2, 2007. I would be grateful if you would also send a copy of the paper to
the NBER conference department at confer@nber.org.
There will be two other meetings adjacent to the Public Economics program
meeting. On Thursday morning April 5 the working group on "Behavioral
Responses to Taxation" will meet, and on Friday afternoon April 6 and
Saturday April 7 the Environmental Economics group will meet. The Public
Economics program will conclude by 3:00 on Friday afternoon. I look
forward to seeing you at the April meeting.
