RE: Call for Papers, Fall Program Meeting
I am writing to solicit papers for the Fall Meeting of the Public Economics
Program. The program meeting will be in Cambridge on Thursday, November 7,
and Friday, November 8. We shall convene for lunch on Thursday at noon,
and paper presentations will begin at 1:00. On Friday, we will adjourn by
3:00. There will be a dinner on Thursday evening.
If you have a paper that you would like to present at the November program
meeting, please send me a copy no later than September 6, 2002. My
