The "ee" group of NBER researchers interested in environmental economics
are meeting Thursday morning, April 13 before the start of the PE meeting,
and we'd like to invite all members of the PE group to that morning
session as well. An initial schedule is below, and will be enclosed in
Jim Poterba's snail-mail invitation to the PE meeting. The purpose of
