The fall meeting of the NBER Health Care Program will be held at the NBER's
Cambridge offices on November 12, 2008.
As usual, we welcome research in progress, which can be relatively early or
well along, as long as it is not published. If you have research that you
would like to present, please send me a copy of a paper and/or a detailed
abstract, preferably electronically, no later than September 19. If you
