Dear Labor Studies program members,

Some updates on the logistics of our upcoming meeting on Friday, 11/19:

1. *This will be a hybrid meeting with substantial in-person attendance*.
As of this morning, 32 participants--including the authors of five of the
six conference papers--had registered for in-person attendance.

2. We'll meet at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, 40 Edwin H. Land Blvd, Cambridge,
MA. (Dave Card has christened this hotel "the Stone Cold Sonesta", so be
sure to bring a sweater.)

3. The very awesome conference program is posted here:

https://www.nber.org/conferences/labor-studies-program-meeting-fall-2021

4. Presentations will begin at 10am ET and end at 5pm, with a one-hour
break for lunch from 1pm and 2pm.

6. Each paper will have a suitably great discussant, with time reserved for
Q&A by hybrid and in-person attendees.

7. *All in-person attendees must be fully vaccinated*. Masks will be
required at all times indoors except when actually eating. Your vaccine
status will have to be confirmed by https://safeter.work/ in order to
attend. Please look for an email from them in the next few days and respond
appropriately.

Please RSVP if you haven't done so already.

See you there (or 'there'),
David Autor
