RE: Summer Institute 2004 Session on Law and Economics Call for
Papers

As part of the NBER Summer Institute, we are holding a session in Law and
Economics. The session will take place on July 30 and 31, 2004, in
Cambridge, Massachusetts.

We are particularly interested in empirical work. Potential topics
include: the criminal justice system, the tort system, corporate law,
liability insurance markets, and the effects of regulation and
deregulation. If you are interested in attending and/or presenting a
