Immediately before the ITI March meeting on 30 March, 2017 at the NBER in Cambridge, we will hold a separate one-day conference on trade and geography (organized jointly by Esteban Rossi-Hansberg and myself). This one-day conference is open to the members of other NBER programs to facilitate interactions across programs. We hope to draw together researchers interested in trade and geography from any perspective including, but not limited to, international trade, regional and urban economics, development economics, labor economics, public finance, and macroeconomics.
