Dear IFM and ITI Program Members:

I recently learned of a new fellowship opportunity at the Council on
Foreign Relations that might be of interest to you. Detailed
information is provided below. All best wishes.

Jim Poterba

The Council on Foreign Relations is pleased to announce a new fellowship
for business economists and university-based economics scholars.

The International Affairs Fellowship in International Economics offers
business economists as well as university-based economics scholars
hands-on experience in the U.S. government to expand their range of
thinking and work on international economic policy for a period of
twelve months. The program awards a stipend in the range of $150,000 to
$175,000 along with modest relocation assistance.

The program is open only to mid-career business economists and
university-based economics scholars who have demonstrated commitment to
a career in international economics or a related field. Qualified
candidates must be U.S. citizens and hold a PhD in economics or a
closely related discipline.
