Dear Colleagues:

I am seeking one or two new PhD students who are interested in working on
trade and environment issues with me at the University of Calgary. If you
have a student interested in this area, please let them know that MISTRA
(The Swedish Foundation for Strategic Environmental Research, ) is offering
to fund PhD students for between 2 and 4 years of study at the home
institution as well as 1 year at the Swedish Foreign Ministry's
International Trade Unit in Stockholm, Sweden. More details are available
at the Entwined website http://www.entwined.se/, and I have attached the
flyer for the PhD application as well.

I would be happy to help the student write the application and can expedite
entry into our PhD program here as well.

sincerely,

Scott
