Dear ITI group:

Attached is the agenda for the winter meeting, Dec. 1 and 2, in Palo
Alto. You will be receiving the invitation from the Bureau in due
course. The authors selected for this meeting should plan to send
their completed papers to the Bureau by early November (the exact
date will be specified in the invitation). There were an exceptional
number of fine submissions, and not all could be included, so my
apologies to those persons who will not be presenting.
