Dear colleagues:
Please continue to call the UCLA Global Fellows Program to the attention
of your best completing students and recent Ph.D.s. It offers a great
opportunity for early-career scholars to focus on their own work and to
participate in a stimulating interdisciplinary environment. This year's
deadline for on-line applications is 20 FEBRUARY. Students in all
disciplines, who received, or will have received, their Ph.D. (or
equivalent degree) between 1 January 1997 and 1 April 2004 are eligible.
Of this year's cohort of nine Fellows, two are in Economics and one in
Political Science. Detailed information on next year's program is
