Dear ITI group:

My thanks to all those who participated in the summer institute
this year, including the "extra" day held joint with CRIW and BEA.
I recall there was some discussions of the pros and cons of
continuing to meet at 1050 Mass Ave versus meeting at the
Royal Sonesta (where the "extra" day was held). If you have
strong opinions on this, please just let me know.

The winter meeting will be held on December 5-6, in Palo Alto.
I would like to invite submission of papers or abstracts, to me
at rcfeenstra@ucdavis.edu, by September 30. All topics are welcome.

I have scheduled the spring program meeting slightly later than it is
normally held, which will be on April 2-3, 2004, in Cambridge.

The summer institute next year is tentatively scheduled for August 2-5,
in Cambridge. This will be organized by Andrew Bernard and Matthew
Slaughter .

                 Sincerely, Rob Feenstra
