Hotel for Winter Program Meeting

While most of you chose not to weigh in (I hope this reflects indifference between the outcomes, not an extremely low expected participation rate for the winter program meeting), of the 20ish people who registered their preference, the group was evenly split between the Stanford Park at $205 and the Westin at $149 (including a couple of people who have stayed at both and e-mailed directly to tell me the Westin was fine, and several who expressed satisfaction with either choice).

Given this, and in the spirit of collecting more data while saving money for both the NBER (presenters) and your research budgets (most everyone else), I will ask the conference department to reserve rooms at the Westin for the IO winter program meeting.
