I am scheduling the winter program meeting for IO. I'd like your views on
3 questions (if you aren't planning to come to the winter meeting
regardless, just indicate that):

Would Thursday - Friday or Friday - Saturday be better for you ?

How would an early start on the first day, finishing mid-day on the second,
compare for you to our current mid-day start, afternoon finish the next day
schedule? (I am particularly interested in whether one allows you one fewer
travel day).

Do you have a preference between the Feb 3-5 v. Feb 10-12 weeks? Neither
is adjacent to President's Day weekend or (for those of you for whom it's
relevant) "Ski Week" public school vacations that begin President's Day.

Thanks! I'll get back to you with firm dates as soon as I've heard from
enough people to incorporate the comments into the schedule decision.
