Dear IFM members,


Please see the attached call for papers for a conference in Shenzhen in mid-December. They are looking for paper submissions by October 23. If you have never been there, I would say Shenzhen should be on the list of places to visit if you are an international economist. 40 years ago it was rice fields, 20 years ago it was factories, today it is a huge city of headquarters for export-import and finance.
