Dear IFM Members:
Congratulations to Elias Papaioannou (Dartmouth College) who has been appointed as a Faculty Research Fellow in our program, and to Ariel Burstein (UCLA) and Gita Gopinath (Harvard) who have been promoted to Research Associate. Well-deserved all around.
I look forward to seeing everyone at the Summer Institute, July 11-15. Our program organizers are Pierre-Olivier Gourinchas and Michael Klein.
The fall meeting has been scheduled for Friday, October 14. Program organizers are Charles Engel and Linda Tesar.
The spring meeting is Friday, March 9, 2012. Program organizers are Kristin Forbes and Helene Rey. ("Thank you" to Roberto Chang, who is now rotating off after several years of service.)
