Andres Velasco and I are organizing the Spring meeting of the NBER IFM
program on Friday, March 19, 2004 (in Cambridge). Please mark your calendars.
We welcome submissions in all areas of international finance and open
economy macroeconomics. Papers by younger members of the profession are
especially welcome; please feel free to circulate and post this notice.
Hard or electronic copies of submissions should reach me or Andres by
