FYI, the IMF has just concluded its 3rd Annual Research Conference whose
theme is "Capital Flows and Global Governance." All papers as well as the
entire program can be downloaded (free of charge) from the following site:

In addition, the Mundell-Fleming Lecture (by Guillermo Calvo) and a panel
