Will Manning was a terrific health economist and a very fine person. I learned a lot from him and benefited from his comments on my research on many occasions.

In case you didn't hear already, Will Manning died yesterday. As you all know, the past year was quite a struggle for Will, with multiple strokes and then brain tumors. Please pass the news on.
