Assistant/Associate/Professor of Economics

The Department of Economics at Hunter College, City University of New
York (http://econ.hunter.cuny.edu) is seeking to hire a tenure-track or
tenured faculty member in Economics with research, teaching and service
responsibilities. The new hire will conduct empirical research in the
area of health, education, welfare, demographic economics or other
domestic public policy areas of economics and support programs at the
Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute
(http://www.roosevelthouse.hunter.cuny.edu). Candidates must have a
doctoral degree by the start of the appointment, a well-developed
research plan and the ability to compete effectively for extramural
funding. For candidates beyond the PhD, a well-established publication
record and a record of obtaining extramural funding will be preferred.
