Attached is a call for papers for a forthcoming volume entitled Preference Measurement in Health. Glen Blomquist (University of Kentucky) and Kristian Bolin (Lund University) are the volume editors. The volume will be part of the series entitled. Advances in Health Economics and Health Services Research, published by Emerald Group Publishing. Björn Lindgren (Lund University and NBER) have been series co-editors since 2005. In 2010, Bob Kaestner (University of Illinois at Chicago and NBER) and Kristian Bolin (Lund University) joined Björn and me as series co-editors. For more information, see the attached file.
