New Format for NIH Submission

The link following link has the new page limits for an NIH submission http://enhancing-peer-review.nih.gov/page_limits.html. The attached files have more information on the new format. Additional information can be found at http://enhancing-peer-review.nih.gov/application_changes_video.html. The PowerPoint file comes from that site. The Excel file was prepared by Chris Nagorski, Business Manager of the New York Office of NBER.

As far as I can tell, the specific aims section is limited to one page. The rest of what was the research plan (now called research strategy) is limited to 12 pages for an R01 and to six pages for an R03 and an R21.
