Jim,

Thanks for the invitation, but I am not working in areas related to the
conference and have a lot of commitments this fall. I am sending your
message to all members of the NBER Health Economics Program that I
direct. If anyone is interested, he or she will contact you.

Best regards,
Mike

Subject: Conference?

Michael,

Some colleagues and I are organizing a conference on government policies
(especially on the expenditure side, including of course health
expenditures) toward inequality, and you have obviously done lots of
really nice work on this issue. I have attached the announcement - the
official deadline is past, but we would of course be interested in a
proposal from you (and your colleagues, or your students) if you were
interested in participating. Let me know what you think. And please
feel free to share this with any others you think might be interested.

Best,

Jim
