The Department of Economics at San Diego State University is recruiting
for
one tenure-track Assistant, Associate or Full professor with an
expertise
in Health Economics as demonstrated by their research. In addition to
excellent teaching and research qualifications, senior candidates should
possess a track record in securing external funding or, in the case of
junior candidates, a demonstrated ability to do so. Salary will be
commensurate with experience and the California State University salary
schedule.
The search committee will begin screening applications on December 1,
2007. While applications will be accepted until the position is filled,
submission by this date will guarantee full consideration. Applicants
should provide (1) a cover letter indicating relevant experience and
research interests, (2) curriculum vitae, (3) three letters of
reference,
(4) copies of one or more research papers, and (5) evidence of teaching
