Subject: Suggested scholar to edit Health Economics Handbook

Hi Michael,

We would appreciate if you could come up with some names to recommend to
edit the Health Economics Handbook for Oxford.

Newhouse has his own edited volume handbook and the Duke health experts
declined our invitation.

Thank you,

Michael and Lall
