I want to remind you that the NBER Health Economics Spring Program
Meeting will take place on Friday, April 7 at the NBER in Cambridge, MA.
The preliminary program is attached. You will receive a formal
invitation to attend the meeting and information about the papers to be
presented, travel, and hotel accommodations from Lita Kimble of the NBER
Conference Department. If you do not receive that information in the
next few weeks, contact Lita (lkimble@nber.org). I look forward to
seeing you at the program meeting.
