Post-doctoral position opening School of Public Health, University of
Illinois at Chicago

 

The position is for 1 year and could very likely be renewed for a second
year. The position is 100% protected time -- no teaching or
administrative/service duties. The post-doc is funded by the Centers for
Disease Control, and therefore only open to U.S. citizens, non-citizen
U.S. nationals, or lawfully admitted permanent residents at the time of
the award. It will pay in the mid-thirties in the first year, more in
the second year. Personal office (no cubicle), full IT and admin
support, and funding for conference travel provided.

The candidate would be invited to attend UIC's weekly health economics
seminar ( http://web.econ.uic.edu/health/ ) and to collaborate with
health economists and health services researchers at UIC.
