The fall meeting of the NBER Health Care Program will be held at the NBERs
Cambridge offices on Friday, November 19, 2003.

We welcome research in progress, which can be relatively early or well
along, as long as it is not published. If you have research that you would
like to present, please send a copy of a paper and /or a detailed abstract,
preferably electronically (as WordPerfect, Word, or PDF File) no later than
September 19, 2003. Papers or abstracts may be sent to:
