It contains a revised call for papers for a conference on human capital and health behavior to be held at the Center for Health Economics at Gothenburg University, Sweden, May 19-20, 2016. The deadline date for submission of abstracts has been extended to September 15, 2015. Submitters now have the option to decide whether they would like to have their papers considered for publication in Advances in Health Economics and Health Services Research or only presented and discussed at the conference. Note that if more good submissions are received than can be presented at the conference, priority will be given to presenters who are willing to have their papers published in the conference volume.
