fellowship opportunities at the pre-doctoral, post-doctoral and junior
faculty level for 2014-2015. I hope you will encourage promising students
and colleagues to check the Fellowship Opportunities section of our website
(www.nber.org/jobs) for more information on how to apply and
eligibility. Applications
for post-doctoral positions are currently posted and are due January 10,
2014.
1. *NBER Fellowship Program in Aging and Health: *Pre- and post-doctoral
fellowships to support research related to the economics of aging and
health care, funded by the National Institute on Aging and NBER.
2. *NBER Fellowship Program in Disability Policy Research: *Pre- and
post-doctoral fellowships to encourage research that will deepen our
understanding of the health and economic implications of disability and
disability policy. Funded by the Social Security Administration and NBER.
3. *Fellowship Program on Economics of an Aging Workforce: *Pre and
post-doctoral fellowships for research on the economic aspects of the labor
market activity of older workers. Funded by the Sloan Foundation through a
grant to NBER. (Pre-doctoral applications are due December 17, 2013.)
