RE: NBER Summer Institute 2008 Social Insurance Workshop - Call
for Papers
The NBER's Summer Institute Public Economics Program and Labor Studies
Program will include a workshop on Social Insurance. If you have a paper
that you would like to present in this session, please send an abstract or
paper by April 11, 2008. Both theoretical and empirical papers are
invited. Note that papers on Social Security should be submitted to the
separate Social Security workshop.
The workshop will take place on July 22 in Cambridge, MA. Logistical
information will be sent out in May. Submissions should be sent
(preferably by e-mail) to:

Papers submitted to the main Labor Studies program (Freeman and Katz) will
