There is no information about it in the database except the title and a
project number, and Dora Costa as a PI. That seems very odd. Also no
dates. That suggests that this was some sort of test record or something
that someone started entering, but later finished entering elsewhere.
Can we look up that project # to see if the Accounting folks know
anything about it?
If that does not turn up anything real then I would suggest we delete
this record as spurious.
