Paper on Global Growth Generators for the next 40 years

I recently co-authored a non-technical paper with Ebrahim Rahbari (also of
Citigroup) titled "Global Growth Generators: Moving beyond 'Emerging
Markets' and 'BRIC'". It was published on 21 February 2011 by Citigroup as
a Citi Global Economics View. It draws on a vast literature on the drivers
of long-term economic growth, tries to identify the likely sources of global
economic growth for the next 40 years and ventures a prediction as to which
countries are most likely to growth at sustained fast rates between 2010 and
