9. Those of you who have already replied and requested one or both of
these books can disregard this message.
If you haven't already ordered these particular books, when you go to the
link provided in my email you'll see a different book, one by David
Galenson. That's a glitch that we're going to try to fix as soon as
possible, so that the Macro Annual and Innovation Policy appear
again. I'll let you know as soon as possible when this is working again.
Of course, we'll offer David Galenson's book at a later date.
