The attached piece (written for Project-Syndicate) summarizes my view on
the potential positive outlook for the euro. It's a risky strategy and,
even if it works, there will still be the traditional problems of imposing
a single currency on a heterogeneous group of countries. But I think it
may describe what Mario Draghi has in mind
