Dear EEE members of NBER:

We'd like to welcome four new members to our group: Joe Aldy of Harvard, Hunt Allcott of MIT and NYU, Garth Heutel of UNC-Greensboro, and Michael Price of Tennessee. You can find out more about them or about any EEE member by going to http://www.nber.org/programs/eee/eee.html, where you can click on "List of Members" and then click on any individual name. Welcome aboard! We hope to see all of you at the EEE Summer Institute on Friday and Saturday July 29-30 (organized by Catherine Wolfram and Scott Taylor). Their program will appear soon at https://www.nber.org/~confer/ . You can save that URL in your favorites, to be able to see ANY conference program.

The whole purpose of NBER membership is participation. You were invited to join NBER because we think your participation will benefit the other members of the group. But since that is reciprocal, we are all better off when all participate. Please come to meetings, and submit your best research as NBER working papers (with policy analysis, not policy recommendations). Please look for opportunities to work with other NBER members on joint research whether or not funded through NBER.

The new folks and others of you may wonder how to get reimbursement forms, upload new working papers, and to get inside info on who can help you on various issues at NBER. Here are instructions. Go to http://www.nber.org and click on "Customize this site by logging in". That will allow you to enter your username and password. If you don't know it, click on "Forgot your password?". That will allow you to type in the email address that NBER has for you, where you will RECEIVE your username and password. THEN you can "customize this site by logging in." Then from the NBER home page, you will see a link to "Info for NBER family members" where you can submit a working paper, get forms, and update your profile at NBER. On the main NBER page, you can also "Change your working paper notification<https://www.nber.org/prefs/notify> settings" to get notices about just EEE papers, or add IO papers, PE papers, or all NBER working papers.

Thanks! Don
