RE: Call for Papers

I am organizing the Spring Program Meeting of the NBER Economics of
Education program. The meeting will be held at the Bureaus Cambridge
offices on Thursday, April 1. You are also invited to participate in the
meeting of the Childrens program, which will be held on Friday, April 2. If
your paper meets the guidelines for both the Education and Childrens
programs, so much the better, but it need not. You need submit the paper to
only one program, as we will coordinate the schedules.

I welcome submissions of papers in all areas of research related to
education: human capital, school finance, education production, growth and
development models that depend on education, and educational policy and
outcomes generally. If you have seen an interesting paper that you think
appropriate, please let me know. You should feel free to circulate this
notice to others, especially young members of the profession and/or
potential members of the NBER.

If you have a paper that would be suitable for presentation, please send
the paper or an abstract of it to me:
