Reminder for graduate student nominations for poster sessions

Dear DAE,

We want to send a gentle reminder to consider nominating your advanced graduate students for the DAE-SI poster session.

As in years past, we will have a "poster session" for graduate students during Summer Institute in order to allow them to share their work with the group. The poster session will be held virtually over Zoom. Presenting a poster will be reserved for students who are planning to be on the market this year. Only those graduate students accepted for the poster session will be allowed attend the SI.

If you have a PhD student whose work is sufficiently advanced and who would benefit from presenting a poster, please submit their name, email address, and a brief paragraph describing their research by May 18th. Please send your nomination to Kris Mitchener (kmitchener_at_scu.edu <mailto:kmitchener_at_scu.edu>).
