It is the time of year when I take stock of the DAE and the varied and rich
research of our many members. I know a bit about what each of you has been
doing, but probably not enough. I’d like to learn more but I have time
only for an “abstract” version of your research (because there are about 70
of you). Please send me (by return e-mail to Tanya Avilova) no more than
250 words summarizing your activities (around two paragraphs). Please do
not include any attachments (unless they are pictures of your child or
dog); I can get your CV and papers from your website. If you have any
suggestions for DAE activities (e.g., conferences), please include that as
a separate (additional) paragraph.
Note that the DAE Program Meeting for 2016 has been set for Saturday March 5.
Our 2015 Summer Institute is July 6-9 and contains exciting papers and
several innovations from the organizing team of Karen Clay, Charlie
Calomiris and Trevon Logan. Looking forward to seeing each of you there.
