Just a reminder that the deadline to apply for research grants being offered by the Center for Population Economics at the University of Chicago and the National Bureau of Economic Research for 2005-06 is quickly approaching. The deadline is AUGUST 15. These grants are awarded for a period of twelve months and provide support in the amount of $12,000 for pre-doctoral students and $20,000 for junior (pre-tenured) faculty.
